Marc’s place was ideal. It’s huge comfortable, perfect location and even better than it is in the photos. We would love to come back again!

Being able to hook up our laptops for Netflix movie night was a bonus. Marc is charging top dollar for a stellar location but he needs to up his bedding game and take care of deferred maintenance at these prices (1st week no mattress pads-so sheets directly on mattress, no extra blankets provided in winter, very limited towel supply, needs bath grout and deep cleaning, shower door seal and drain repair, paint chips falling off door frames, baseboards coming off, worn couches). Hall debris when we arrived so he sent cleaner back and offered to clean after 7 days again. Cleaner left a poopy pillow that had been washed and molded in the laundry room so the smell was disgusting. Dryer was very old and sanitation was now an issue—he had a new dryer delivered. Marc was very responsive like that throughout our stay!

We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, lots of amenities (even thoughtful details like umbrellas), and it was very walkable to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and major sites. I would highly recommend this apartment.
