The only thing I... read more can say is that the appartment is more convenient for 11 people max. We were with 13 and 2 of us had to sleep on the sofabed.
But to conclude, we were very happy overall with the stay!

  Very large apartment in a residential area of Barcelona. Tons of space and a well stocked kitchen for cooking.

  A snooty landlord doesn't let you have fun in the apartment every moment complains about a million things that didn't happen at all, looks for all kinds of reasons to... read more charge more in the end.. takes pictures of basic things of a drop of dirt and asks for a thousand euro fine for cleaning that has already been paid in advance money for cleaning . Ruined our vacation every moment, notifications about noise even when we were not in the apartment, just an annoying landlord, not recommended at all, what's more, the apartment is not like the pictures at all.

  This is a beautiful place that provided all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We’d stay again.

It was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony for our morning tea. There were so many great restaurants within a block of the apartment. The "magic key" to the building and apartment was so terrific for our group of 8, we loaded it on our phones so everyone had a key and could come and go as they pleased - really great feature. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and Marc was terrific with communication. Also, we really appreciated that he let us store our luggage in the apartment until we could get in later in the day. We highly recommend Marc's place.

  This is a gem of a place!! The location is absolutely perfect- right around the corner from transportation, restaurants, and walking distance to the Diagonal with lots of shops.... read more There's even a grocery store right across the street! The place looks large in pictures, but it's even more spacious in person! It's huge! We had a family of 6 be able to spread out with more than enough space for sleeping, lounging and eating. It's also spotless, airy and bright and felt updated and comfortable. All the amenities you can ask for with a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. (There's also a printer which we didn't think we would need but ended up being a lifesaver printing out our covid negative test results and other forms for traveling back to the US!) Marc was absolutely fantastic to work with- he is kind and always available (even at 10pm at night when we ran out of printer ink!). We traded texts back and forth before arrival and he gave us sight seeing suggestions and thoughts about what we needed to book in advance and we are so grateful for this otherwise we would have missed out on the Sagrada Familia. Staying here really added to our enjoyment of our Barcelona vacation- it was really a perfect place. Trust me, don't wait- just book this or you will miss out on this amazing airbnb!!

The location is perfectly situated with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It was also a perfect middle ground between the heart of Eixample and the trendier Gracia. I highly recommend the location.

Marc is a super host-he spent lots of time with us walking us through anything we could possibly need with the space, made lots of recommendations in the city, and was extremely responsive.

We stayed there with our toddler, and the space is extremely family friendly with a high chair and crib. There was plenty of space for our little one to run around.

We highly recommend staying here-we didn’t want to leave!
