  We were a family of four with two young kids. We also had two more friends stay midway. Having 4 bedrooms was great. The place is very spacious with a... read more long hall separating 3 of the rooms from the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The two larger bedrooms are very spacious. Each bedroom had A/C (and Marc even installed one on our second day). A couple of the rooms have some noise from either the middle hall in the building or upstairs. So if you are a light sleeper, this might be one thing to note. You do need mobile data to get in initially as it is an internet link that opens both the main building doors and the apartment doors. There is washer and separate dryer which was very useful. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed. There were also games and toys for the kids to play with. There is a brand new 3.5 meter long tables with modern pendant light above that want in the pictures. We hosted a private chef dinner and was great. Location is very good. Thx!

The area is great with lots of good restaurants and almost all the important sights in Barcelona within 15-20mins walk.
The apartment was comfortable and clean. Bed and bed linen was clean and so were the bathrooms.
Definitely recommend the place to everyone.

The location is perfectly situated with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It was also a perfect middle ground between the heart of Eixample and the trendier Gracia. I highly recommend the location.

Marc is a super host-he spent lots of time with us walking us through anything we could possibly need with the space, made lots of recommendations in the city, and was extremely responsive.

We stayed there with our toddler, and the space is extremely family friendly with a high chair and crib. There was plenty of space for our little one to run around.

We highly recommend staying here-we didn’t want to leave!
