We also loved the nearby restaurants. The AC worked well in the bedrooms too. Marc was a wonderful host. Very communicative. He had the two baby beds set up right when we got there. Overall, great place, especially for the price.

This is also the first airbnb where the photos and description exactly matched the space I saw upon arrival. It is an incredibly airy, open and bright space which was perfect for me. I did combine a couple of the twin beds to form doubles instead of having people sleep in twins, but this was the only substantive change I made. The shared living space was large and open with multiple seating options; the kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need for a longer stay enabling cooking at home despite all the great restaurants nearby. The washer and drier enabled me to pack lightly, and I loved using the balcony clothesline to be environmentally friendly. This building is not composed of short-term rentals- I liked being a local!
