It was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony for our morning tea. There were so many great restaurants within a block of the apartment. The "magic key" to the building and apartment was so terrific for our group of 8, we loaded it on our phones so everyone had a key and could come and go as they pleased - really great feature. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and Marc was terrific with communication. Also, we really appreciated that he let us store our luggage in the apartment until we could get in later in the day. We highly recommend Marc's place.

We were two families, ten total people, each with children (ages 8-18) - there was plenty of room to sleep and spread out. Kitchen is well outfitted. For an urban apartment especially this was a great space and top location in Eixample.

Marc is extremely helpful and a very good communicator. He had great recommendations and arranged airport transportation for us.

The area is great with lots of good restaurants and almost all the important sights in Barcelona within 15-20mins walk.
The apartment was comfortable and clean. Bed and bed linen was clean and so were the bathrooms.
Definitely recommend the place to everyone.

47번 버스가 숙소 앞에 있어 이동이 용이하지만 지하철은 5~10분 거리에 있습니다.

  Marc’s place was exactly as the pictures show. It was very big. Great for many families and groups. We loved our stay. Very centrally located as well!
